Pilot phase

Cases of online hate – fully documented, with an evidence package.

We read reports from people affected and provide them to you in the law firm portal with evidence, deadlines and letter templates – the legal assessment and the decision on the mandate remain with you.

We are looking for our first 10 founding partners – law firms that shape the process together with us.

Who is behind it

Stephan Rajewski

Founder of Hass‑Hetze, Hamburg

I founded Hass-Hetze because there is a gap between people targeted by online hate and specialised law firms: those under attack often don't know where to turn – and law firms rarely receive cases complete. Hass-Hetze aims to close that gap: record reports properly, secure the evidence and pass them on to the right law firm.

What you get in the law firm portal

The illustrations are simplified and use made-up demo data.

Case overview

Every case at a glance: reported offences, platform, the account of the person affected and all screenshots – read through by our team before it reaches you.

Evidence package

All files of a case as a ZIP archive, each with a SHA-256 checksum and the time it was added to the portal. This makes it traceable that a file has not changed since.

Deadline traffic light

For offences prosecuted only on application, the deadline for the request for prosecution (Strafantrag) is three months from knowledge of the offence and the offender. The traffic light shows for each case how much time is left – and where the date of knowledge is still missing.

Guidance only, no guarantee: the calculation does not replace your own deadline check.

Letter templates and platform guide

Takedown request under the DSA, cease-and-desist letter, request for prosecution, application for disclosure under Section 21 TDDDG and more – as a Word file with your firm's details and the information from the case. The platform guide names the responsible company and the route for legal notices.

Templates – to be reviewed by a lawyer.

All features in detail

How the cooperation works

  1. Request access

Send us your name, your firm and the firm's email address.

  2. Admission check

We verify your admission in the official German register of lawyers.

  3. Portal access

You receive your access to the law firm portal and enter your firm's details for the letter templates.

  4. Review cases

You receive released cases, carry out the legal assessment and decide on the mandate yourself.

Does Hass-Hetze use AI?

At most as an assistance in reviewing reports: we can have a summary and a suggestion drafted for a report – pseudonymised, processed in Frankfurt am Main. A person makes every decision. You receive no AI assessment as a legal evaluation, but the original information provided by the person affected.
