For law firms
The law firm portal in detail
Feature by feature, with screenshots: the portal organises cases, calculates deadlines and prepares documents. The legal assessment remains with you.
Access and security
We only set up your access after verifying your admission in the official register of lawyers. In the portal you see only cases that we have assigned and released to you.
- Your own access, only after verifying your admission
- Sessions expire automatically after 12 hours
- Only cases assigned and released to you
- Data on servers in Germany
- No AI assessment in the portal
- No disclosure to third parties
Case list
The case list shows all cases released to you. Cases with the next deadline come first, so nothing slips through.
- Deadline traffic light for each case
- Sorted by next deadline
- Filter “deadline ≤ 14 days”
- Series hint when the same offender profile appears in several cases
- Status of every case at a glance
- CSV export that opens in Excel
Case details
The case details contain everything the person affected reported – organised and complete. You see at a glance what the case is about and what has happened so far.
- Reported offences
- Platform and link to the content
- Account of the person affected
- Time the report was received
- Status history with dates
Editing
Add what you learn from your client. The details feed into the deadline calculation and the letter templates.
- Date of knowledge – the basis of the request for prosecution (Strafantrag) deadline
- Name and profile of the offender
- Internal notes on the case
- Set the status: New, In progress, Closed, Declined
Deadlines
For offences prosecuted only on application, such as insult, the request for prosecution (Strafantrag) must be filed within three months – from the day the person affected learns of the offence and the offender (Section 77b StGB). The portal calculates this deadline from the date of knowledge and gives guidance on how urgent an interim injunction is.
- Request for prosecution deadline: 3 months from knowledge of offence and offender (Section 77b StGB)
- Only for offences prosecuted on application
- Guidance on the urgency of an interim injunction
- Missing date of knowledge clearly flagged
Guidance only, no guarantee: the calculation does not replace your own deadline check.
Evidence
All files of a case are available as originals. When a file is added to the portal, we record its SHA-256 checksum and the time – making it traceable that the file has not changed since.
- Screenshots and PDFs with preview
- SHA-256 checksum and time added to the portal for each file
- Evidence package as ZIP: original files, manifest.json with all checksums and the account
- PDF case file for filing or printing
Letter templates
Ten templates for the typical steps, filled in automatically with the case details and your firm's details. Anything still missing is highlighted. You edit the letter in the portal and download it as a Word file with your letterhead.
- Takedown request under Art. 16 DSA
- Request to the platform to preserve data
- Cease-and-desist letter
- Declaration to cease and desist with penalty clause
- Criminal complaint (Strafanzeige) and request for prosecution (Strafantrag)
- Application under Section 21 TDDDG
- Application for an interim injunction
- Power of attorney and two client letters
- Filled in automatically, missing details highlighted, editable in the portal
- Download as a Word file with your letterhead
Templates – to be reviewed by a lawyer.
Platform guide
For the platform detected, the guide shows whom to contact on the legal side. This saves you searching for the responsible company and the right form.
- Legal entity behind the platform
- Postal address
- Link to the form for legal notices
- Notes on how to proceed
Firm profile
You enter your firm's details once in the profile; they appear in the letterhead of every template. Letterhead details (address, phone) are never public. Your network profile (name, firm, areas of focus, optionally a photo and a short text) appears only if you agree to be listed.
- Firm name, address and contact details for the letterhead – never public
- Network profile: name, firm, areas of focus, optionally a photo and a short text
- Listed in the network only with your consent
AI in the review
We can use an AI assistance when reviewing reports. It summarises a report and suggests, for example, possible offences and an urgency – as a working aid for us, not as an assessment for you. Whether a case reaches you is decided by a person.
- Only as an assistance, requested by hand for each report
- Pseudonymised: without the name, email address and files of the person affected
- Processed in Frankfurt am Main (Google Cloud Vertex AI)
- A person makes every decision
- No AI assessment as a legal evaluation for you
- The portal shows the original information provided by the person affected
What we deliberately leave out
Some things we leave out on purpose, because they do not fit independent legal work.
- No payment per case
- No automated legal assessment
- No passing on of your cases to other law firms
Free cooperation, no payment per case.
Send us your name, your firm and the firm's email address – we will verify your admission to the bar and set up your access to the law firm portal.
